Like never before, leaders and teachers need personalised professional learning to get the job done in our complex, time-poor school environments. So, we’re continuing to invest in doubling down to show how our pedagogy-first way of interacting with AI is the basis of a personalised professional learning method for learning terms.
Project Structure
We are looking to work with:
- A curriculum leader/ middle manager, for instance, a Head of English or Lead Teacher of Academic Extension.
- A small-group of five or six teachers, for instance, the Year 9 English Teaching Team.
- A middle manager working on a specific goal, for instance, planning units of work for 2027 or revamping assessments for one year-group.
- A curriculum leader and learning team who are willing to be interviewed about their work in achieving curriculum goals.
- 1 x 90-minute meeting with the curriculum leader to discuss our recommendations of specific ways in which AI technology could enhance team planning.
- 1 x 90-minute meeting with the learning team to discuss recommendations of specific ways in which the AI technology could enhance classroom curriculum planning.
- Monitoring how the recommendations are implemented.
- A retrospective report to outline the project and the roles played by the curriculum manager and teachers to plan for publishing findings in ways that enhance their professional status.
- Testimonials by curriculum leaders and teachers reflecting on how the Curriculum Makers methodology favours a personalised approach to professional learning.
- Setting up shared files documents and policy guarantees ensuring that National, State and Sector privacy and ethical practices are in place for duration of the project safely and effectively.
